<p>Diesen zuzubereiten ist gar nicht schwer und macht sogar etwas Spaß.</p>
<p>Insgesamt habe ich 6 Nudelplatten aus dem Teig formen können. Da ich eine eher oval-quadratische Form habe, sehen meine Nudelplatten dementsprechend aus <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f642.png" alt="🙂" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>

Alles gut verkneten. Ist er zu trocken, restliches Wasser nachschütten. Ist er zu flüssig, Mehl nachgeben.</span></div></li></ul></div><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-group"><h4 class="wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold">Ran an die Nudelplatten</h4><ul class="wprm-recipe-instructions"><li id="wprm-recipe-678-step-1-0" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Jetzt gibt es 2 Wege: Entweder den Teig in 5-6 Teile teilen und einzeln dünn ausrollen, oder aber einmal groß ausrollen und dann in die jeweilige Anzahl schneiden. Vorher aber die Arbeitsfläche gut bemehlen und das Nudelholz ebenfalls. Sonst klebt der Teig an.</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Hinweis: Der Teig sollte ungefähr 3-7 Millimeter dick sein. </span></div></li></ul></div><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-group"><h4 class="wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold">Nudelteig trocknen lassen. Hier am besten ein Geschirrtuch ausbreiten, etwas bemehlen und Nudelplatten darauf geben. Hin und wieder wenden.</h4><ul class="wprm-recipe-instructions"><li id="wprm-recipe-678-step-2-0" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Im letzten Schritt solltet ihr den Nudelteig etwas trocknen lassen (1-3 Stunden), sofern ihr ihn noch am gleichen Tag verwenden wollt, oder aber komplett durchtrocknen lassen (1-3 Tage), damit er sich länger hält.</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Hinweis: Keinesfalls Roh essen wegen den Eiern.</span></div></li></ul></div></div>

<p>Dementsprechend bin ich am Montag zu unserem Lidl Markt gegangen, da er diese Woche die &#8222;Next Level Burger&#8220; für 1,87€ im Angebot hat.</p>

<p>Leider hat man direkt den Geruch von Leberwurst in Kombination mit Hundefutter in der Nase, sobald man die Verpackung öffnet. Aber bitte nicht erschrecken, so schmecken die Patties zum Glück nicht. Eventuell riechen sie nur so, weil sie verschweißt sind. Aber schön ist es dennoch nicht.</p>

Sonnenblumenöl benötigt, da die Patties sehr schnell und sehr stark ankleben. Und ja, selbst bei niedrigeren Temperaturen geschieht das. Als Fleischesser kenne ich das kaum von meinen regulären Fleisch-Patties.</p>

Sie sind wirklich um keinen Millimeter geschrumpft. Das ist sehr schön, denn die regulären Burger-Brötchen reichen vollkommen aus. Man muss nicht erst größere Patties formen, damit sie die kleinen Brötchen ausfüllen.<br />
Mir wäre es jedoch lieber, wären die Patties nicht ganz so dick. Mit Belag tut man sich etwas schwer, vom Burger abzubeißen.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<h2><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline; color: #ff0000;">Geschmack:</span></strong></h2>
<p>Aber ich weiß, ihr wartet alle nur auf meine Meinung zum Geschmack:<br />
Ich habe meinen Burger mit Salat, Tomate, Ketchup, Senf und Käse befüllt. Und was soll ich sagen: der Geschmack insgesamt ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Ich weiß nicht wie die Leute hier an einen „Fleischersatz“ denken können. Es sieht aus wie ein Pattie, schmeckt jedoch nicht einmal annähernd so. Ich hatte das Gefühl, konstant auf einem alten und harten Bohnen- und Erbseneintopf zu kaufen, welcher auch nicht gerade gut schmeckt.</p>
<p>Möglicherweise sind andere vegane Patties besser vom Geschmack her, aber das muss ich erst noch testen.<br />
Bei diesen jedoch nehme ich künftig Abstand und sie werden auch nie wieder in einer Pfanne in meinem Haushalt landen. Da kaue ich lieber auf einer Stange Rhabarber rum.</p>
<h2><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span style="color: #ff0000; text-decoration: underline;">Andere Vorteile:</span></span></h2>
<p>Der einzige Vorteil der Patties besteht noch aus der Zusammensetzung. Durch diverse Hülsenfrüchte haben die Patties ordentlich Proteine und sättigen recht lange, aber mal ehrlich, so etwas sollte auch schmecken.<br />
Aber am Ende gilt natürlich: Jeder sollte sie selber testen und sich ebenfalls davon ein Bild machen.</p>
